Since 1937, Meyer Truck Equipment has been Indiana’s go-to resource for all truck equipment needs.

Originally known as the “Meyer Body Company,” the company operated a woodworking and forge shop to make their own bodies, such as van bodies and farm beds. The last Meyer-built bed was manufactured in 1978 and the company shifted focus to become a distributor for some of the largest truck equipment manufacturers in the industry.

Meyer continues to be a family-owned and operated business, providing the best service and products to our customers. The original location is still in operation in Jasper, Indiana. We opened our second location in Evansville in 2007, our third location in Indianapolis in 2020, and our fourth location in Louisville in 2024.

We cater to commercial clients, as well as retail customers, offering the ability to design and customize an entire fleet or outfit one pick-up. We handle everything from concept to installation, making Meyer your one-stop shop for all transportation solutions. We also work with local truck dealers and body shops to deliver truck equipment within a 70-mile radius.

Meyer is proud to employ 90+ individuals who are committed to selling and servicing quality truck equipment and accessories. We’re experts at listening to what you need and giving you what you want. Let us know how Meyer Truck Equipment can help you.
