Water Tank Body Features
- The shell, ends, and baffles of the tank are constructed of rugged 3/16″ ASTM-A-36 steel
- 24-inch diameter manway with 2-inch thick ring for entry access into the tank for interior inspection, maintenance, sampling, and more
- Five air-operated spray heads, with two placed on both the front and rear of the vehicle and one placed on the street side, activated by convenient in-cab controls.
- Rear ladder located on the rear end of the tank provides easy access to the hydrant fill pipe and manway
- 50-foot long by 1.5-inch thick water hose and adjustable fog nozzle with a reel that allows manual rewinding into the rear storage compartment; Alternative hose and reel systems are available upon request
- DOT-compliant tail lights and reflectors are encased in wire loom for protection of electrical components
- Rear push bumper, with integrated open-top storage box, for better protection in the event of rear impacts
